The job history of injured workers after the injury

Abstract

|
The study aims to analyze what factors have substantial impacts on the job history of injured workers after the injury. This study collected data with structured questionnaires and finally included are 528 workers. Multinomial logistic regression analysis is done to identify which factors are statistically significant impacts on the job history of injured workers. The result shows that the probability of labor turnover after job retention is significantly affected by marital status, employed period. Also, the probability of unemployment after job retention is significantly affected by employment status, employed period, changes in income. The probability of employment maintenance after return-to-work to different company is significantly affected by gender, employment status, employed period, income, changes in income, disability rating. The probability of labor turnover after return-to-work to different company is significantly affected by employment status, employed period, income, changes in income. The probability of unemployment after return-to-work to different company is significantly affected by employment status, changes in income. As a result, some implications and policies are suggested for employment stability.
